I needed to get my 36 year old engagement ring resized and I decided that I also wanted to revamp the ring to match my anniversary band better. I took both rings into Graziella's along with a picture of something close to what I was thinking of. I was overwhelmed at what they created for me. It was absolutely gorgeous! They matched the heights of the two rings perfectly. You would think they were purchased as a set. They cleaned the diamonds of both rings so nicely too. They now sparkle like they never did before. Thank you so very much! Another job well done.

I popped in the other day to inquire about having a 10k, very old, link bracelet cleaned. Bradley, looked at the bracelet and took it, and a few other pieces of jewelry, into the back, to clean. Everything was sparkling, and my linked bracelet did look much better; however, there were still traces of black inside. He suggested I leave it for a day or two and he would see what he could do. Today, I went back to pick it up; Bradley was with someone, so I was helped by Michele. When she brought the bracelet out, there was indeed a noticeable difference and I assumed that was the best I could hope for. I was satisfied and not at all expecting anything further. Michele suggested she might be able to tweak it (an old trick she knew) just a bit more.
You cannot image, how absolutely thrilled I was when she returned. The bracelet looks almost brand new!! There a few tiny spots, inside the link(s) that show a shadow, but the difference is truly amazing.
I have always been happy with my treatment and purchases at both Graziella locations. The staff have always been friendly, approachable, and the service has been great. I will say, this recent experience, with Bradley and Michele, has been exceptional. Bradley did not need to offer for me to leave it a few days and Michele didn’t have to offer to tweak it. What has been returned to me today, is a sparkling antique gold bracelet loaded with memories and looking like a million bucks.

She took her time and really listened to all our requests and was so patient while we tried on a lot of rings. I went here looking for a white gold chain for my cross since the one I had broke. The lady who assisted me was very professional, kind, and provided great customer service. Not only did the lady find the right chain for me, but she did it in record time. I would highly recommend this jewellery shop not only for their effective customer service they provided but also their great customer experience.

P.S. The music Playlist is on point, has songs from every genre because the manager said everyone on the team had an input, which shows teamwork and good leadership skills.

Graziella is a wonderful store. I took my daughter there to buy a piece of jewellery for a milestone birthday. The lovely woman (Abby) who helped us was magnificent. She helped us every step of the way, for which we are very grateful. Very knowledgeable and extremely patient. The store has beautiful pieces. We had a hard time narrowing down our options!
