    Auction Rules & Policies

    By registering on, and/or bidding on an item through our website you confirm that you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

    Graziella values your privacy and adheres to its Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to contact you in connection with compliance with these Terms and Conditions, privacy and/or the auction/bidding.

    All Sales are final. No refunds. No exchanges. No retraction of bids and no returns accepted. Graziella Fine Jewellery reserves the right to reject any bid, at any time and without reason or explanation.

    All items that are offered in our auctions may be subject to a reserve or opening bid, typically 25% off the Manufacturers Suggested Retail Price (MSRP).

    The highest bidder, acknowledged by Graziella Fine Jewellery, will be responsible for paying any shipping (if required), insurance, postage and delivery costs in addition to the winning bid amount.

    In the event of any dispute between bidders, Graziella Fine Jewellery reserves the right to make final decisions.

    Bid increments are 5% of the original retail price per bid. They are automatically calculated.

    Winning bids can have shipping arranged (you'll be provided a shipping price and be required to pay prior to the item being shipped) or pick-up is available at our Whitby store.

    The following are not included in auction sales:

    • No free ring sizing (if you need any jewellery piece won in our auction re-sized, this will incur an additional charge to be determined after consultation)
    • No Free Jewellery and timepiece service
    • Shipping and/or duty costs

    No Financing through affirm or sezzle on any auction purchases. Please do NOT use either of these methods of payments on auction checkout. Your order will be cancelled if you checkout with any of these financing options.

    Auction items must be payed for within 24 hours of winning an auction.

    All auction items are subject to applicable taxes. Taxes are calculated at checkout, based on your shipping address. If you receive an email with the subtotal before taxes, you will need to insert your shipping information at checkout to get the appropriate taxes added to your purchase.

    Payments must be made online. An automated invoice will be sent to the winners of each item separately.

    Shipping is free for transactions over $150 or more on our website. We can combine shipping if you win more than one item. Please send us a message.
